YOUR STAY AT YAPHAM

All of our cottages come equipped with the essentials to make your stay as comfortable and as stress free as possible. We pride ourselves on offering our guests a big welcome and ensuring that they have everything that they need to make the most of their stay. We provide toiletries, towels, bedding, essential cleaning supplies - in fact the only thing you will need to bring yourself is the food! We always provide a Devon Cream Tea for our guests to enjoy upon arrival.

There are also a number of facilities shared between the cottages.

Now one of the main reasons that our guests choose Yapham, is for the peaceful, relaxing location. In addition to this, Yapham makes an ideal base for exploring North Devon and North Cornwall, as we are practically on the border of both counties. UTILITY ROOM

Guests have the use of a freezer in our utility room and may use the Nissan Hut to store bikes etc. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available. The utility room also acts as drying room for wet hiking gear.

ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES

Our cottages come with a selection of DVD's, books, maps, leaflets and board games. We also provide essential toiletries, iron + board, vacuum cleaner and an emergency sewing kit. Central heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay.

WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE

We manage the site to encourage wildlife and a wide variety of birds visit our well supplied feeders around the cottages. Mixed seed and peanuts can be found in the utility room, so guests can keep the feeders topped up.

TOWELS AND BEDDING

We thoroughly clean each cottage between guests' departures and arrivals. The beds are made with fresh linen and bath and hand towels are provided for each guest.
A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

CREAM TEA

When you arrive at your cottage, guests will discover a Devon Cream tea of home-made scones and strawberry jam, accompanied with Rutters Cream. For longer stays, we provide a bottle of wine and chocolates for your pleasure.

ON SITE STAFF

The new owner would like to thank Martin Rayner for his work in building such good relationships with the existing customers and for his professional handover of the business. The same level of on site support is provided as is the ability to provide advice about making the most of your stay.
